Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to advance the field of digital healthcare and behavioural science
- Develop novel algorithms to predict health-related metrics from multimodal data, specifically wearables and smartphone sensors
- Publish research findings in reputable journals and conferences.
- Collaborate with experts to validate the clinical effectiveness of developed behavioural and machine learning models.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master's degree in biomedical engineering or closely related field with a focus on wearables, neuroscience, behavioural science, cognitive psychology
- Proven track record of research in healthcare, preferably in behavioural science, cognitive science, neuroscience, wearables, ubiquitous computing, or biomedical engineering.
- Experience with Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn and PyTorch.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
